About the Founder
RHI's founder Greg Watson cut his teeth by helping to build the Carolina Improv Company in Myrtle Beach. Performing, Directing and Teaching for several years in the popular tourist destination. Specializing in strong characters and musical improv he was able to be part of many special shows. He has studied with instructors from some of the most renowned improv and comedy companies including Theatre 99, Alchemy Improv, Sick Puppies Comedy, DSI Comedy of Chapel Hill, Improv Olympics, Second City, Upright Citizens Brigade and more. He brings his extensive training to Rock Hill to bring true Improv training to the vibrant arts community of Rock Hill.

What if I am not funny?
You don't have to worry about trying to be funny. We always say that the funny will happen. We will teach you the art of finding humor on most or all situations, and how to work together heighten even the dryest humor.
I don't think that fast.
We all have the ability to think faster, but the true skill is to listen better. Our training focuses on the ability to improv your active listening abilities creating better and more effective responses.
I am afraid of failing. So I am scared.
The only way you can fail is by not trying or walking away. We work hard to create a safe and collaborative environment that builds trust and teambuilding. We also focus on building each students confidence with Yes And skills as well as focusing on adaptation and personal resiliency.
